Compliance MCP Service - Supplemental Terms
These supplemental terms apply to the AppGenie Compliance MCP Service (the "Compliance MCP"), available at
https://compliance.appgenie.com.au and through connected AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. They add to the
Terms above; where they differ for this service, these supplemental terms govern.
A. Nature of the service - guidance, not advice
The Compliance MCP provides operational compliance guidance generated from a curated reference corpus. It is an aid to delivery and does not constitute legal, audit, certification or professional advice, and does not itself certify, accredit or attest your compliance with any framework or standard. You remain responsible for your own compliance decisions and for independent verification where required.
B. Acceptable use
In addition to the acceptable-use terms above, you agree not to:
- bulk-extract, scrape, redistribute or resell the served content, or build a competing corpus from it;
- represent the service's output as an independent certification, accreditation or assurance opinion;
- exceed, circumvent or attempt to circumvent your subscription entitlements or usage limits;
- use the service to develop a competing product or to train a machine-learning model on its outputs.
C. Subscriptions, billing and entitlements
Access tiers and paid framework packs are governed by your subscription. Billing, payment, upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are handled through our payment processor (Stripe) and the self-serve customer portal. Usage is metered and may be subject to monthly request limits by tier. Enterprise packs are provided under a separate written agreement. Free and trial access may be capped or withdrawn.
D. Availability and changes
The Compliance MCP is provided "as is" and the content corpus is updated over time; guidance may change between versions. We may modify tools, output modes, tiers or content, and these supplemental terms, on notice via this page.
